Do you own a parts business or are you doing a home build? Need your barrels populated?
No problem. We can professionally set your barrel parts straight. We will then drill and pin all populated parts. Parkerizing can then be done for added metal protection. The barrel population is done after the trunnion is installed and pinned on the barrel and the headspace is set. Once the barrel is populated it comes back out of the trunnion, the trunnion is riveted into the receiver, and the barrel is reinstalled into the trunnion rechecking the headspace.
